Returns, Exchange & Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with us.
Due to the nature of our products and hygiene regulations, we do not offer refunds on any wigs, hairpieces, or hair products. We only offer exchanges under strict conditions.
Exchange Eligibility – Wigs
Exchanges are only accepted if:
- The wig is in original, brand-new condition
- The lace is uncut, unaltered, and untouched
- The wig has not been worn, tried on, styled, washed, brushed, or had any products applied
- The item remains in its original packaging
- You contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging
- The exchange is for a product of equal or greater value (with any difference paid by the customer)
- The item is returned within 7 days of approval using a trackable shipping method
Sizing Responsibility
Please choose your size carefully. If you have selected the wrong size because:
- You did not use our sizing chart, or
- You were not professionally sized by our specialist,
then you will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
We strongly recommend booking a video consultation with our specialist to be guided through the sizing process, or a face-to-face consultation where the specialist will measure you accurately to ensure the perfect fit.
Non-Exchangeable Items
We do not accept exchanges for:
- Change of mind after wearing or trying on the wig
- Wigs with lace cut, altered, or customised in any way
- Items not in original condition
- Items returned without prior approval
- Discounted or sale items
Damaged Items
Each wig or item is thoroughly inspected and examined prior to boxing and shipping. Detailed photos are taken of every unit or item before shipment and will be sent to you for your confirmation.
If you receive the confirmation photo and are not satisfied with the work, please let us know immediately. We offer a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee before shipment and will do our best to alter or adjust the unit to meet your expectations before it is sent out.
Once an item leaves our facility, we are not liable for any damages that occur during shipping or transit. Responsibility transfers to the shipping carrier. We recommend selecting shipping options with insurance and tracking for your peace of mind.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds due to hygiene and safety reasons.
