Step 1: Book Your Consultation
The first step in your wig journey is scheduling a consultation. During this personalized session, we’ll discuss your specific needs, hair concerns, and preferences for style, color, length, and texture. If you’re in Adelaide, you can visit our luxurious wig boutique at 235 Rundle St, where we’ll measure your head to ensure a perfect fit. For those outside Adelaide, we offer convenient phone consultations, and we can even arrange to fly out to you for an additional cost. Once we’ve covered all the details, we’ll place your custom order and discuss our membership options if you plan to use our services frequently.

Step 2: Wig Fitting and Installation
Your second appointment is the fitting, where your custom wig will be ready for you to try on. This is an exciting moment as you see your vision come to life. We’ll guide you through the process of applying, styling, and caring for your new wig. If we have a wig in stock that matches your requirements, you can take it home that day. If you’ve opted for a custom piece, the creation process usually takes between 4 to 8 weeks. This appointment ensures the wig fits perfectly and meets your expectations.

Step 3: Follow-Up Appointment
Two weeks after receiving your wig, we invite you back for a follow-up appointment. This is a chance to address any adjustments, answer your questions, and ensure you’re comfortable with your new look. We’ll check in on how you’re managing with the wig and make any necessary tweaks to ensure you’re 100% satisfied.

Step 4: Maintenance Appointments
To keep your wig looking fresh and beautiful, we recommend a maintenance appointment every six months. During this session, we’ll wash, style, and restore your wig to its original condition. For interstate or overseas clients who wish to use our maintenance services, you can post your wig to us, and we’ll return it within 2 to 4 business days at your own cost. We also offer the option to fly to you at an additional fee if requested. This is especially popular with clients who cannot travel to Adelaide but still want the same high-quality service. However, many of our clients do visit Adelaide specifically for their wig appointments and to experience our boutique in person.
